CANCELLATION POLICY

Hounds On Holiday Inc. accepts a limited number of dogs at any given time. Once capacity is reached, additional booking requests are declined. Our business is seasonal and peak periods such as holidays and long weekends often book well in advance.  For this reason, cancellations impact our ability to accept other bookings and sustain service levels.

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

• All reservation deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable once a booking has been reserved and a host family has been matched. 
• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled start date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total invoice.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total invoice.
   

By submitting a booking request and/or paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
