Submitting a booking request through this website does not guarantee availability and does not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are confirmed only after availability has been approved by Hounds on Holiday Inc. and a deposit has been received.

A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm your booking. Final balances are due when your dog begins their stay. Bookings are only confirmed once approved and a deposit has been received. Please review our Cancellation Policy for details on deposit terms and cancellation deadlines. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined therein.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their pet’s health, behaviour, routines and care requirements. Hounds on Holiday Inc. reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where safety or welfare concerns arise.

All scheduling, booking confirmations, changes and communications must be conducted directly through Hounds on Holiday Inc. Clients agree not to contact pet sitters or host families directly for booking-related matters.

While every precaution is taken to ensure your dog’s well-being, unforeseen incidents can occur. Hounds On Holiday Inc. is not liable for illness, injury, escape or death unless caused by proven negligence. Our team is committed to delivering attentive, responsible care at all times.
